Who We Are
WilleyCare Agency was founded by Sultanne Joseph. She worked in hospitals and nursing homes for years and realized that many elderly individuals kept returning to the hospital or nursing home because they did not have proper care at home.
Sultanne knew that most elderly people wanted to remain at home, where they had created many memories—where their kids, grandkids, relatives, and friends would come and go for holidays, parties, and vacations. She wanted to find a way to reduce hospital admissions and allow the elderly to age in place without needing to be in the hospital or a nursing home unless it was absolutely necessary.
That’s why WilleyCare Agency was created.
